Madison Snodgrass, MD

Undergraduate University: Kent State University

Medical Interests: My medical interests include all things preventative medicine, behavioral health, lifestyle medicine, and women’s health.

Hobbies: Running, pickleball, golf, trying new restaurants, diamond art, and walking my 2 pups!

Future Plans: I hope to practice broad-spectrum family medicine in the outpatient setting while also becoming actively involved in my local community. I would also love to pursue opportunities in medical education whether that be precepting for medical students and residents or teaching within a medical school setting.

Why Dublin: I chose Dublin because of the amazing people I spoke with during interviews. I was genuinely inspired by everyone and loved learning about all of their interests and accomplishments within medicine. I truly felt like I wanted to be like them “when I grow up.” I also loved their focus on outpatient medicine and the ability to pursue any specific interests during residency.

Luke Stewart, DO

,Medical School: Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine

Undergraduate: Miami University

Medical Interests: Outpatient medicine, sports medicine, osteopathic manipulative medicine, Point-of-Care Ultrasound, lifestyle medicine

Hobbies: Sports including hockey, football, golf. Trying new restaurants, spending time with family and friends. Lawncare.

Future plans: I plan to practice outpatient family medicine in Ohio with a focus on preventive care and building long-term relationships with patients and their families. I also hope to pursue a fellowship in sports medicine so I can combine my interests in musculoskeletal health, wellness and active lifestyles. My goal is to provide holistic, patient-centered care that supports patients through every stage of life.

Why Dublin: I chose Dublin Methodist Family Medicine because of the incredible experiences I had rotating with the program during both my third and fourth years of medical school. From day one, the residents and faculty made me feel welcomed, supported and valued as part of the team. The program’s emphasis on outpatient family medicine also aligns perfectly with my future goals. I was especially drawn to how supportive they are of each resident’s individual interests and career path. My interview experience only reinforced the sense of community and encouragement I felt throughout my rotations. I knew Dublin Methodist was a place where I would be challenged to grow while always feeling supported along the way. I am so excited to be part of the Dream Team!

Kas Oganowski, DO

Medical School: Marian University Wood College of Osteopathic Medicine

Undergraduate University: Adrian College

Medical Interests: My medical interests include sports medicine, osteopathic manipulative medicine, preventative medicine, and full spectrum family medicine.

Hobbies: I enjoy hiking, swimming, walking my dog, traveling, and just about anything else outside. My favorite sports to play are basketball, golf, and pickleball. At home I love to cook, read, play board/card games, and spend time with family and friends.

Future Plans: After residency, I plan to pursue a sports medicine fellowship as well as provide full spectrum outpatient family medicine. Whether it is with a local high school or college, I want to work with athletes to help them not only recover from injuries but prevent future ones. My goal is to approach each patient wholistically and to develop strong, lasting relationships with them. I also hope to be an active volunteer in the community I live in.

Why Dublin: I had the pleasure of completing an audition rotation with the program early in my fourth year, and I knew pretty quickly this was where I wanted to be. It was evident that everyone in the program was going to provide a supportive and challenging environment to help me grow both as a physician and as a person. Throughout the rest of my fourth year, I was able to get to know the residents more and see firsthand just how well trained they are. Dublin provides an outpatient focus and the opportunity to tailor my own training that will prepare me to take care of patients from all walks of life! With family all around the city, Columbus has been like a second home to me for as long as I can remember. I am excited to officially make Dublin my home and join the Dream Team!

Kyle Pettay, DO

Medical School: Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine

Undergraduate University: The Ohio State University

Medical interests: Sports Medicine, OMT, Rural Medicine, Point-of-Care Ultrasound, Lifestyle Medicine, Wilderness Medicine

Hobbies: In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, particularly my partner Rachel and our daughter Lily. I am an avid sports fan including football, wrestling, and baseball. I love cooking, particularly smoking meat, and can often be found experimenting with new recipes to feed my loved ones.

Future plans: In the future, I hope to work as a local family physician in a rural setting near central Ohio. I plan to complete a sports medicine fellowship and specialize in the treatment of athletes of all ages, while also providing full spectrum family medicine and being an active member of the community I serve.

Why Dublin:  I chose Dublin Methodist Hospital to complete residency because of the incredible culture surrounding the program. I am a firm believer that the people you work with are just as important as the job itself. DMH excels in both. The faculty and residents cultivate a phenomenal sense of professional and personal well-being, and that support is unlike any program I experienced throughout medical school. Additionally, their strong focus on POCUS, OMT, and sports medicine aligned perfectly with my career goals. I know this program will help me become the type of physician I hope to be and I feel incredibly fortunate to join the Dublin Dream Team and continue my medical training at Dublin Methodist Hospital.

Why Dublin: I really hit it off with everyone that I met at Dublin Methodist Family Medicine since Day 1.
